Our organization, Hela Bojun Restaurant is immediately seeking an expert Rice & Curry Cook dedicated to providing our guests with the authentic taste of Sri Lankan rice and curry.
The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the highest level of flavor consistency across all varieties of rice and curry, using traditional recipes. Essential skills include the ability to work quickly and efficiently when preparing large quantities of food, deep knowledge of blending local spices, and expertise in the correct use of coconut milk.
Applicants for this job must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety is mandatory. An NVQ or other recognized culinary course certificate is considered an advantage. This position offers a competitive salary, along with free accommodation, meals, and service charges.
